Grand jury gets NIU case

Prosecutors say they've taken the case of five students shot dead last month at Northern Illinois University before a grand jury. DeKalb County State's Attorney Ronald Matekaitis told a Chicago newspaper that part of the reason was to ensure everyone feels comfortable concluding the gunman, who killed himself, acted alone.
