One lane of southbound traffic will be shifted onto the northbound side of the tollway as the crossover with the other two lanes on the median shoulder and the leftmost lane. That will allow the Illinois Toll Highway Authority to keep three lanes of traffic open in each direction as the fourth lane is added to the southbound expressway. Traffic using the counterflow lane will not be able to exit at Willow or Golf roads. Visit www.illlinoistollway.com, call (800)-TOLL-FYI for information.
