Series reaches 25% sold at Cambridge Lakes
One quarter of the 224 total Nature series condominiums have now been sold at Cambridge Lakes in Pingree Grove.
The Nature series consists of four different condominium plans, ranging from 951 to 1,108 square feet of living space with two bedrooms and one or two baths, priced currently from $135,000 to $155,000. Four professionally appointed model homes are open for viewing.
All of the Nature series homes include master bedrooms with walk-in closets, laundry areas, and feature maintenance free living. The condominiums are being built in groups of 16 homes in two-story buildings. Outdoor parking is provided and garages are available.
The Nature series condominiums are a terrific value, not only because of the attainable prices, but because they are part of Chicagoland's most popular new home community, according to Paul F. Ivers, president of Cambridge Homes.

Pingree Grove is located approximately four miles to the southeast of I-90 and Route 47 interchange. The Nature series sales and model center is located near the corner of Route 47 and Route 72 (Higgins Road), placing it minutes from I-90 and the Huntley Prime Outlet Mall. In addition to providing an easy commute to the northwest suburbs along the I-90 corridor, the community is less than 15 minutes to the major employment centers in Elgin via Route 20 and Route 72.
To visit the Cambridge Lakes Nature Series sales and model center, take I-90 to the Route 47 exit, then left (south) approximately 3.5 miles and turn right (west) on Route 72 to the community entrance on the right.
