Par Development, Inc. is offering special savings on four maintenance-free duplex villas for 90-day delivery at the Villas at Gilberts Town Center in northwest suburban Gilberts.

Gilberts Town Center is a master-planned community that will include townhouses, duplexes and several series of single-family homes when complete.

Highlights of the two plans available for early delivery are:

A total of four villa home designs ranging from 1,975 to 2,234 square feet in size are offered and are base-priced from $299,990 to $327,990. All homes include two to three bedrooms, two or 2½ baths, lofts and dens (per plan), full basements, landscaped home sites, brick fronts with premium vinyl siding and vinyl trim, and attached two or optional three-car garages. English basements are available. All four of the designs are shown as models.

Buyers can customize their villa by adding finished basements, fireplaces, interior oak doors and trim, intercom systems, central vacuums, electronic air filters and humidifiers. Furthermore, a modest monthly assessment will cover snow removal and landscape maintenance.
