Pass Blagojevich capital budget

Today I waited for 25 minutes for my Pace bus.

Yes, the weather was bad, but this is ridiculous. I hope lawmakers pass the governor's new capital plan -- if they do, nearly $3 billion dollars is coming to public transportation. And some money is going to roads too. Maybe all this will help my bus get here sooner and me to work on time.
