Maybe concealed carry solves all ills
I guess from all I am hearing, if the students at Northern Illinois University had been carrying concealed weapons, the killing rampage might not have occurred.
Well, perhaps that is true, but actually I don't know and neither do you nor anyone else. It might have turned into a real "shooting frolic" as we used to say in Al Capp's "Dogpatch."
I will say this though. If the students had been permitted to carry concealed weapons, the test scores would raise dramatically. There wouldn't be a "D" or "F" score handed out any more and there would no longer be a need for such programs as "No Child Left Behind."
It might be a little hard on teachers for awhile, but I am sure they would soon get the message.
