Free mobile health unit heading to Round Lake

Lake Forest Hospital's CareCoach is a mobile health unit that offers Lake County residents free medical care close to home. The CareCoach provides childhood immunizations and free health screenings, including blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol and asthma screenings. The professional staff includes a community health nurse and a care coordinator who can answer medical questions.

The CareCoach will be visiting Round Lake from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, at the Round Lake Senior Center, 814 Hart Road, Round Lake. Later in the afternoon, the CareCoach will visit Round Lake Beach from 2:15 to 5:30 p.m. at Mano a Mano, 6 E. Main St., Round Lake Beach.
