Indictment in holdup

An Evanston man was indicted for armed robbery in a convenience store heist last summer, Cook County officials said Friday. Lawrence Wilson, 19, of the 1900 block of Jackson Avenue, and another man are accused of pointing a gun at a clerk at the 24/7 Pantry on Algonquin Road in Rolling Meadows and stealing $400 on Aug. 21. Wilson's next court date is March 24 at the Rolling Meadows courthouse.
