Get in your best '80s gear for PTO concert

The Heineman Middle School PTO in Algonquin is sponsoring a rock concert featuring the 16 Candles Band Friday at the school, 725 Academic Drive, Algonquin. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the concert is from 7 to 9 p.m.

There will be Domino's Pizza and beverages available, as well as other snacks.

Prizes will be awarded for an '80s Trivia Contest, a Best Dressed for the '80s Contest and a Guitar Hero competition. Prizes include, but are not limited to, items from Fat Cat Guitars, Lifetime Fitness, Dick's Sporting Goods, Funky Things and more.

Tickets are $10 per person in advance and can be ordered online at http://www.hmspto.net/16CandlesBand. Tickets at the door are $13 per person.
