Fire damages Naperville home

A home at 1909 Vassar Drive in Naperville sustained $12,000 in damage after a fire started near a clothes dryer about 6:50 p.m. Wednesday. The cause of the fire remains under investigation, said Fire Battallion Chief Rich Polarek. No one was injured in the blaze. Polarek said the house is uninhabitable.
