Aurora U. wins 5th straight

Aurora University won their NAC quarterfinal game over Benedictine 96-75, their fifth straight victory.

Larry Welton scored a game-high 25 points and had six rebounds and six assists. Coming off the bench, Shane Roland added 20 points on 7-of-11 shooting. Doug Lambert scored 18 points and Jarrett Starwood dished out eight assists.

Tim Swanson led Benedictine (11-15) with 18 points.

On Thursday, Aurora (21-5) will host the NAC semifinal against Milwaukee School of Engineering. In their two previous meetings this season, the road team won both times.
