NIU sets time for memorial service

NIU's campus memorial service will start at 7 p.m. Sunday, officials said today.

The service will be held at the university's 10,000-seat Convocation Center.

Doors will open at 5 p.m. The public is invited. Tickets or reservations are not required.

Most students are expected back on campus Sunday, as classes are scheduled to resume Monday.

Faculty and staff returned to the campus today, and this week are undergoing training to help ease the transition back to normal activities.
