Galimberti found guilty of betting on tennis, suspended for 100 days
LONDON -- Italian player Giorgio Galimberti has been found guilty of betting on tennis and has been suspended for 100 days and fined $35,000.
The ATP says Galimberti bet on tennis during a period dating from June 2003 to January 2006.
The governing body of men's tennis began its investigation in August 2007, and the findings were presented to an independent anti-corruption hearing officer.
