GOP reign coming to end in DuPage?

Thank you to the voters of DuPage County, Downers Grove Township Precinct 54, for having the confidence to elect me to the office of Democratic precinct committeeman. Precinct 54 joined the rest of DuPage Democrats to draw more Democratic ballots than the other parties -- 131,000 Democratic ballots to 104,000 GOP ballots. In our precinct alone, we out-polled the GOP 408-308.

Is it possible that the long reign of Republican dominance is over? This fall will see. I look forward to the next two years of keeping you informed about the politics that affect our neighborhood.
