Business magazine focuses on CLC
GRAYSLAKE -- A recent article in BusinessWeek magazine mentions the international recruiting efforts at College of Lake County. The article, "Two-year Colleges Go Courtin' Overseas," mentions Tammy Schofield, CLC international student recruitment coordinator. CLC currently has 105 international students on campus. Two of the students who arrived in January came to CLC as a result of Schofield's fall recruiting trip to Asia and the West Indies. CLC provides housing assistance, airport pickup and other services tailored to the needs of international students. The article was in the Jan. 28 issue.
