Amazing. The only public institution in the US with a lower public approval rating than President Bush is the Congress at 22 percent.
But American primary voters in their collective wisdom, have spoken and determined the next president will come from the very ranks of the organization that they and others hold in such low regard. Abraham Lincoln was mistaken when he said you can't fool all of the people all of the time.
