Two dead, three wounded in stabbing attack

Chicago Police say two men were fatally stabbed and at three others were injured when a fight broke out Saturday night in an apartment in the city's Little Village neighborhood.

Officers say they were called to the apartment about 9:20 p.m. and found the two men dead. Both suffered stab wounds to the head, chest and neck.

Two of the injured victims suffered stab wounds primarily to their hands, which they apparently suffered trying to defend themselves from a knife-wheeling attacker.

The third injured man was taken to Mount Sinai hospital where he was reported to be in guarded condition early Sunday.
