Westbound I-90 crash cleaned up

An accident around noon on the westbound Northwest Tollway near Arlington Heights Road has been cleaned up, and traffic is again moving smoothly, policed say.

Tollway Master Sgt. Bob Meeder said the accident, which involved one car, occurred just east of Arlington Heights Road. It was cleaned up by about 12:50 p.m., he said.

Police said the driver was not injured, but an investigation is still pending.
