SOAP should wash its own mind first
It may make sense for John Dalton and Gilbert Feliciano to take some time to meet with some of of the people from Association for Legal Americans (AFLA). Seems to me that all the energy they are pooling to fight this organization could be used to educate themselves on the real issues of illegal immigration.
There is no racism in AFLA's mission, but is more a way to protect our rights as citizens of this city. Key word: citizens.
I am tired of all the concessions made on behalf of illegal immigrants. Finally, someone has stood up to ask what we can do to stop the issues that will continue to snowball. These issues continue to take money not only out of our pockets, but will continue to affect our children and grandchildren.
I want my family protected just as much as Speak Out Against Prejudice (SOAP) wants to fight for illegal immigrants' free lifestyle. They could educate themselves simply by attending a meeting.
SOAP should wash its minds of any preconceived stereotypes and hang out to dry its false accusations of racism.
