Arlington Heights restaurant owner switch

New owners will be taking over Takkatsu restaurant in downtown Arlington Heights and renaming it Swordfish. The new owners were unanimously granted a liquor license at Monday's Arlington Heights village board meeting. Swordfish will open in March and will add sushi to Takkatsu's Japanese menu, the owners said after Monday's meeting. The restaurant -- which is located at 161 W. Wing St. -- will not close during the ownership change.
