Cambridge director honored

Dan Ungerleider, director of planning for Cambridge Homes, was named 2007 Builder of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago at its Inaugural Ball held Jan. 19 in Wheeling.

"Dan has been instrumental in identifying key issues and rallying membership support for the betterment of the Chicago area housing industry," said Peter Schwartz, CEO of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago.

Ungerleider currently serves as the senior vice president of the Regional Board of Directors for the HBAGC, also serving as the Lake County Chapter's immediate past president. He is on the board of directors for both the Home Builders Association of Illinois and National Association of Home Builders. He is a member of the American Planning Association as well as the American Institute of Certified Planners.
