Fitzpatrick best choice for board

Why I am voting for Laura Fitzpatrick. First of all, she is a fiscal conservative. Secondly, she is the only candidate that is middle class. She is one of us.

I'm a hardworking American who has to work six days a week to survive. Most people in DuPage County Board District 2 can relate to what I'm saying. Laura Fitzpatrick is not one who will complain or make excuses. She is a problem solver. She is creative, compassionate, and straightforward. When she says she'll do something, she does it.

Government is made up of counties and municipalities all over the country, thousands of them. I ask -- who knows more about budgets than a working mother? Working mothers are the foundation of our local, as well as our federal government. By working moms, I include stay at home moms who work just as hard at keeping our communities strong.

What have I come to admire about Laura Fitzpatrick is that throughout her campaign for DuPage County board, she has remained focused on the issues and has maintained a positive outlook and vision for our community. Laura is not a mudslinger, she is a woman dedicated at doing her best for her family and her community.

You may say to yourself, this is DuPage County, only one district of several districts. Let me remind you that every county, town and city is part of this great country, the United States of America . All elections are important in this great county as well as this great country. Laura Fitzpatrick will be one who works with you side by side. She will make her district in DuPage County a county of opportunity, not a county of burden.

We the people of the District 2 of the Du Page County board have a great opportunity. Laura Fitzpatrick is the right candidate at the right time that can provide the leadership we need. Her campaign is a campaign of vision. A vision of hope, a vision that fosters vitality. She will serve her county with vigorous energy.
