Voters should support Laesch

I had never heard of military veteran John Laesch until I heard a nationally syndicated radio talk show host interviewing him when he was running against Hastert. I was enormously impressed with his world view and devotion to the people of this district.

After researching John's views, I discovered the following:

He wants to repair District 14's existing roads and bridges (especially Route 47), rather than build the Prairie Parkway. He believes small businesses pay too much for health care. He will fight for free trade. He wants to fix illegal immigration. He wants to end the war in Iraq. (His brother is serving in Iraq). He has a bipartisan view in his approach to problem solving. He will not accept PAC money. As my Republican neighbor (and Laesch convert) says: "He's real."

I urge you to support Laesch on Tuesday and March 8.
