Office building sells for $749,000

OAK BROOK -- Inland Real Estate Sales Inc. Monday announced the sale of Plano Professional Court, a 6,600-square-foot office building in Plano, for $749,000. The building, 901 W. Route 34, is fully leased with four offices. The building was sold by one dentist and bought by another dentist, who also bought the dental practice. Inland Real Estate Sales is part of The Inland Real Estate Group of Cos. Inc., which comprises independent real estate and financial companies.
