Prochno the best successor to Krause

To the editor: I am excited that in the Republican primary on Feb. 5, I can cast my vote for Christine Prochno as our next state representative. State Rep. Carolyn Krause is retiring and Christine will be a perfect successor.

Christine has committed herself over the past many years as an advocate for us seniors. She has given endless volunteer hours at our senior center stretching over the past 10-12 years. She has been there on a regular basis helping us in so many ways.

The needs of our state are great; serving all the people from the young to the elderly and I know Christine will honor all people of Illinois.

Having known Christine all these years, she will perform on the state level to the high degree of integrity, knowledge and "problem solver" that I have seen her serve as a trustee and in community involvement.
