Elgin has earned kudos for new rules
Kudos to the city of Elgin for working to weed out illegal immigrants in this community.
The people have spoken, and you have listened. Stand strong as your detractors continue to wail and moan that you are implementing procedures that only the federal government has the right to implement.
To these I say, "Elgin is only doing the work that the American government won't do."
