IceHogs' big second period sinks Wolves
ROCKFORD -- The Rockford IceHogs scored 4 second-period goals in a 4-3 victory over the Chicago Wolves in a battle of the AHL West Division's top teams on Friday night at the Rockford MetroCenter.
Nathan Oystrick had 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists), and Brett Sterling and Jesse Schultz scored goals for the Wolves.
The Wolves have lost two straight for the first time in 19 games. The Wolves (30-12-1-0) still lead the Western Conference.
Wolves goaltender Ondrej Pavelec made a career-high 37 saves.
