Hatcher best choice for several reasons

I am 94 years old, and have lived most of my life in the Fox Valley. I have heard a lot of promises from a lot of political candidates over the years. I'd like to tell you about someone I know who keeps her promises -- Kay Hatcher. She is a woman I trust and am supporting for 50th District State Representative.

I am a fiscal conservative. I know that Kay is concerned about our taxes, and is the only candidate endorsed by the National Taxpayers United of Illinois, the tax accountability people.

I am a property owner. I know Kay's perseverance and commitment to efficiency and cooperation as a Kendall County Board member makes her the right choice to help bring a new attitude to Springfield.

I am a retired teacher. I know Kay's service on the school board gives her an extra edge when it comes to improving education.

I am a outdoor enthusiast. I know Kay's commitment to open space as Kendall Forest Preserve President will make our grandchildren's' lives better.

I am a senior citizen. I have seen first hand Kay's life-long dedication to our senior citizens and her devotion to our issues.

I am a Republican. I have seen the positive effects of Kay's leadership as state president of the Illinois Federation of Republican Women.

I am a voter. Please join me Feb. 5 in voting for someone who puts our best interests at heart -- Kay Hatcher.
