Free workshop offered to buyers

Susan K. Klatt with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Arlington Heights hosts a Free Home Buyers Workshop from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 13 at the Rolling Meadows Park District Community Center. The center is located at 3705 Pheasant Drive in Rolling Meadows.

The workshop is designed to answer questions about the home buying process. Klatt will partner with Tim Corr of Coldwell Banker Mortgage to educate buyers about mortgage financing, and the variety of first time home buyer financing programs available. Corr will meet with participants and provide a complimentary credit analysis to determine how much home they can afford and which financing program best fits their needs. A question and answer session follows the workshop.
