Castro best choice in Kane District 20

I have been the elected Democratic Precinct 13 committeeman for past four years and am the secretary for the Elgin Township Democrats. I took advantage of the opportunity to vote early and voted for Cristina Castro for Kane County Board District 20.

She is an exceptional young woman who has demonstrated the valuable talent of combining a career with both continuing her education and public service in our community.

I expect she will master the task of being a county board member in a minimum of time. I've found her open, honest and enthusiastic in her responses. It will be wonderful to again feel I am being represented on the Kane County Board.

The first step in making this happen, whether you vote in the primary early or on Feb. 5, is taking a Democratic ballot and selecting Cristina Castro.
