Pay attention and make sure you vote

Now that we've all registered to vote, welcome to America election '08.

When we need strong leadership now more than ever, welcome to America election '08. Will the promises being made now by the Democrats and Republicans fall by the wayside in the year 2010? Are we prepared, or are we ready to accept the consequences of a global economy at the expense of American jobs? Will your individual rights and freedoms be violated and at what cost?

At a time when computers and technology are turning out children in our school systems that cannot function in basic math, English and reading skills, we need to take a good hard look at our state and local politicians as well.

Just remember, the right to vote has been paid for by Americans who are willing to give their lives for this country. Listen to the issues, make your own choices, and, by all means, exercise your right to vote.
