Thankful for free senior transit rides

A big thank you to the General Assembly for passing a comprehensive transit bill but even bigger thanks are in order for the governor.

Many on fixed incomes have been struggling with the rising cost of gas and car repairs, to name a few challenges.

Some seniors choose to no longer drive and some families have to convince loved ones that it may not be good to drive anymore.

By offering seniors the chance to continue an active life without the financial burden, everyone wins.
