Park district capital plans require 'yes'

I am writing in support of the St. Charles Park District's issuance of $25 million in bonds to make capital improvements in park district facilities.

The present levy for park district operations is inadequate for capital improvements so a bond levy is needed to make those improvements. I will vote for it and I hope others will also.
