New sites open at Cambridge Lakes
A selection of home sites for the attached single-family Spring Valley series is now available in a new neighborhood of Cambridge Lakes in Pingree Grove.
The new neighborhood, which will include 70 Spring Valley series homes when complete, is located toward the southeast area of Cambridge Lakes near one of the community's 12 lakes, and 38-acres of open space. A total of 322 Spring Valley Series homes are currently planned in the overall community.
Cambridge Lakes is currently planned for 2,995 single-family and multifamily homes when complete. The community will feature a preschool and Charter School (K-8) and includes a such amenities as a 30,000-square-foot community center with three outdoor pools, exercise equipment, a gym for basketball and volleyball, meeting rooms for community groups and clubs and a day care center; five baseball diamonds; three soccer fields; four playgrounds; seven tot-lots; a skate park and 5.2 miles of walking trails.
The Spring Valley Series consists of five different attached single-family plans including a ranch style and four two-story versions. The ranch plan features 1,250 square feet with two bedrooms and one bath with an available second bath. The two-story plans range from 1,388 to 1,799 square feel, with two to three bedrooms and 1½ to 2½ baths. All homes feature two-car attached garages, and are priced currently from $195,000 to $223,000.
Every home includes its own front, side and back yard, and owners have the freedom to garden or fence their yards the same way as a freestanding single-family home.
Cambridge Lakes is located approximately four miles to the southeast of the I-90 and Route 47 interchange. The community is situated in a country setting with the benefit of convenient access to the Prime Outlet Mall in Huntley as well as to I-90. In addition to providing an easy commute to the northwest suburbs along the I-90 corridor, the community is less than 15 minutes to the major employment centers in Elgin via Route 20 and Route 72.
To visit the Spring Valley series sales and model center in Cambridge Lakes, take I-90 to the Route 47 exit, then left (south) approximately three miles to Higgins Road (Route 72). Turn left (east) one mile to the community entrance at Richard J. Brown Boulevard, then right on Wester Avenue following signs to the Spring Valley Series attached single-family homes.
