The state's money management poo
Don't we all feel great about how our state money is being managed?
One day we can read how the state might sell the tollways or lottery because we are in dire need of money, and the next day you read that the state is considering buying Wrigley Field.
The RTA and CTA need money, so the state increases our taxes and the governor gives away free rides.
The federal government wants to help us with our capital projects, but our money might go to another state to help them rebuild their highways and bridges.
Maybe the state can get a loan from the governor's campaign fund? He manages that well.
