Stolen dogs recovered

Five dogs are safe, a day after they were stolen along with a van belonging to a Chicago pet-sitting service. Police officer Laura Kubiak confirms that the van was found with the dogs still inside. The pets were being cared for by Fetch & Play, a small company in Chicago that charges $16 per day to watch the dogs, including picking them up in the morning and dropping them off at home in the afternoon. Owner Jose Varela said Monday's theft occurred when an employee left the van unlocked with the engine running while he went inside to deliver a dog. Police said no arrests have been made.
