Inland announces $500 million deal

OAK BROOK -- Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust Inc. on Monday announced it entered into a $500 million joint venture with Juliet Cos. to develop multi-tenant retail properties in the Western United States. Juliet Cos. is a full-service developer. Oak Brook-based Inland Western will contribute 90 percent of the equity to the venture and will receive fees in return.
