The event, which commemorates the 59th anniversary of the founding of the college, is open to the public and begins with a champagne reception from 11:30 a.m. to noon.
An upscale gourmet brunch will be served from noon to 2:30 p.m. Funds raised provide financial support to the students and instructional programs of ECC.
Menu items include fresh spinach and feta quiche, homemade potato pancakes, bacon, sausage links, assorted mini muffins, cinnamon raisin scones, consomme of beef with pastina and dried cranberries, Boston clam chowder, couscous salad with fresh vegetables, proscuito wrapped fresh figs, blackened prime rib, garlic roasted red potatoes, mini chicken vesuvio and shrimp scampi.
