Velocent Systems names leaders

NAPERVILLE -- Velocent Systems, a provider of solutions that allow wireless carriers to monitor their mobile data networks, announced that Mark McIlvane has been appointed president and chief operating officer, while Julien Vernhiet was named a regional vice president. McIlvane joins the company from Personeta, where he was president and CEO. Prior to joining Velocent, Vernhiet was division director at CTDI Nethouse Services.
