Briefs: Ericsson partners with Brightstar

LIBERTYVILLE -- Ericsson, a telecommunications supplier, said Monday it appointed Brightstar, a global leader in customized distribution and supply chain solutions, to sell, customize and distribute its Fixed Wireless Terminal solutions in North America. The product allows homes, small businesses and other companies access to high-speed data, voice and fax anywhere a mobile network infrastructure is available. Brightstar will be the first to distribute the product. Brightstar will provide sales, distribution, customization and logistics services for the devices.

Salagar launches new products

WAUKEGAN -- Salagar Sonics Monday unveiled three new products to complement its recently launched Symphony S210 loudspeaker line. The Sonnet S207, Serenade S307 and Sonata S212 carry introductory retail prices of $6,999 per pair, $3,999 and $2,999 respectively.
