Obama should resign from Senate

I am incensed.

I am calling for the resignation of Barack Obama as senator. Barack Obama was elected as senator but has since spent his time campaigning across the great states of the union for president. He has also made his presence known abroad.

Now, let's make it clear. Barack Obama is a senator from Illinois, receiving a regular paycheck and he elects to put in a full-time presence of a candidate for the president of the United States. Therefore, I am calling for his resignation as senator.

I am willing to debate this issue with Barack Obama and his sidekick Oprah Winfrey anywhere in the Northwest suburbs. I await their acceptance of my challenge.

Who am I? Well, I am just from an Ohio farm family who went to college for a long time. Also, my wife of more than 29 years says that I am ornery -- and I am.

The bottom line: I don't condone a Senator collecting a paycheck from the people of the state of Illinois while being a full-time candidate for President of the United States.
