Politicians spout twisted words

What are all these politicians talking about?

Rep. Danny Davis claims the police gave him a driving ticket because he was black. Could it be that he was ticketed because he was driving like a dork?

Cook County Commissioner William Beavers claims that Board President Todd Stroger's budget isn't being passed because he is black. Could it be the budget is not passed because Todd is taxing people to death and putting all of his friends and relatives in top-paying jobs regardless of qualifications?

Also, didn't many of these same board members pass the budgets of Todd's father, John Stroger? Am I color blind or wasn't John Stroger also black?

Mayor Richard Daley and Jesse Jackson want all handguns abolished. Fine, let's start with all of their bodyguards.

The Rev. Michael Pfleger also protests to abolish handguns. Shouldn't his efforts be channeled into getting rid of pedophile priests in his own Catholic Church?

Oprah Winfrey wants to get involved in the political arena with her candidate Barack Obama. Yet, she forces her employees to sign confidentiality statements. The people have a right to know -- what Oprah wants them to know. Sounds like a dictatorship to me.

It's too bad that this group of phonies can't get their own house in order.
