Four shot inside Chicago liquor store
Chicago police say a gunman opened fire in a South Side liquor store sending four men to the hospital.
Two men were transported to St. Bernard Hospital and reported in good condition with bullet wounds to their legs and ankles. The other two were sent to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. One is reported in serious condition with a leg wound. The other is in critical condition.
Police Lieutenant John Brundage says the shooting happened before 9 p.m. Sunday.
Authorities say the incident happened after an argument between one of the victims and another man who then left the store and returned with a gun.
Brundage says the gunman left the scene in a silver sport-utility vehicle.
The four victims were all in their 20s.
