Assessing the Bulls

In your view, who deserves most of the blame for the Bulls' dismal start this season?

Scott Skiles? John Paxson? The players? Or specific players, such as Ben Wallace, Kirk Hinrich or Ben Gordon?

And if the Bulls can't get the job done with one of their assistants taking over, what type of head coach do you want for next season? Or, if you prefer, is there any Bulls player you wouldn't consider trading?
