Criticism of Israel unfair, inaccurate

I have had it, I really have! I am so sick and tired of the world being on the side of the Palestinians.

Now they are asking for donations from the world in the amount of $5.6 billion.

They'll probably get it, too. I mean, after all, the poor Palestinians have been so put-upon by Israel that the world feels sorry for them.

Israel has been condemned as a terrorist nation and accused of stealing land from the Palestinians. But read your history, folks; pick up any encyclopedia or almanac that has a timeline pertaining to the Middle East. You will find the Hebrews were the first to settle in the area in the 2nd Millennium BC.

Under King David, Judaism was secured in the area. Then, skipping ahead to about 70 A.D., Rome conquered the area and renamed it Judea Palestine, after its earliest inhabitants, Jews and Philistines.

That's right, folks, Philistines, the Biblical "bad guys." It was Rome that renamed the Philistines "Palestinians"

Israel inhabits land that was given to it by the United Nations in 1948.

It has not stolen any Palestinian land; it was land won by Israel when they defended themselves against Palestinian attacks and, despite all odds, prevailed -- and, in the hopes for peace, Israel has returned much, if not all, of that land.

Look at a map of the Middle East, folks. That tiny dot in the midst of all its enemies is Israel. That tiny dot, that teensy weensy dot, represents a nation that has been falsely accused of being terrorists, aggressors, war-mongers, and land thieves.

Not only is that accusation historically incorrect, it is ludicrous. If Israel has stolen so much Palestinian (and Arab) land, where is it? Did it hide it somewhere?
