The quandary of waterboarding
Before Congress and/or the U.S. public makes a decision on waterboarding and other forms of interrogation of terrorists that the Bush administration has said is necessary, we need to ask: if we approve extreme forms of interrogation, does this also give other countries the same right to use these techniques when they capture our soldiers?
