• What is your favorite memory from Antioch Upper Grade School? "Seeing Mr. Georgia (assistant principal) being pied in the face by a student during a student council assembly last year."

• What are you most proud of? "The dedicated staff and students and the belief that all students can and will learn at high levels."

• How has technology (computers, the Internet) changed the way students learn over the past five years? "Students are able to access state-of-the-art technology which brings a wealth of information to their fingertips. When taught about the safety of using technology properly it becomes an incredible tool."

• If you can get one thing accomplished between now and the end of May in your school, what would it be? "I would like to see that all students who are struggling academically or socially are getting the help that they need."
