Bush behaves like petulant boy-king
I have just heard our president criticize the Congress for its inability to pass legislation which he wants. The president is supposed to be the leader of the American people; yet our leader behaves more like a petulant boy-king suffering from temper tantrums when things don't go exactly as he desires.
Congress has actually accomplished quite a bit considering Bush has vetoed everything that doesn't meet his limited threshold of acceptance; this, from the man who promised to work with Congress and end divisive politics. Bush took an oath as president to defend the Constitution and protect the American people, but he and his Republican yes-men have done much to stymie the work of Congress. George Bush, obliterating the facts, chooses instead to be the master of distraction and president of scare tactics.
