Where is morality in foreclosures?

My thought now is as it was on Nov 29 when I read Mr. James Slusher's column. Ninety-eight percent of foreclosures are unnecessary and benefit neither party.

They are indeed a determined product of the big financial houses and their paper purchasers; the fault lies with them and not the families holding the mortgage.

Further, they damage all invested Americans.

It is as it was in the 1930s -- then, it was foreclosure of farms. No one benefited and it was only a paper requirement and again it harmed the country. Banks do not run farms -- people do.

Where is the morality and ethics here? Where is the commitment to country we find in the sons and daughters who will spend Christmas this year away from home and family?

I would welcome perpetrator reply.
