Women need truth on breast cance

In her Dec. 4 column, Susan Estrich ponders the effects of the environment on the rise of certain diseases. Near the end of the column she mentions a discussion with her doctor on the increase of breast cancer in younger women. He replied, "We need political leadership."

For years some doctors have proposed the link between abortion and breast cancer in younger women. But in our "politically correct" world where abortion is queen, such a discussion is a no-no. Whenever the abortion-breast cancer link is brought up, abortion supporters do all they can to suppress this information. (FYI: There seems to be a link between abortion and the premature delivery of subsequent pregnancies.)

Women need to know if they are at risk. Women need to know the truth.
